NOTE: Aguilar Construction INC will never request any type of transfer by phone or email. Any payment will be made by check in person with the client and the company founder, Alex Aguilar, to avoid any fraud.
2. Project approval
If the client is satisfied and agrees to the terms of the contract and wishes to proceed, Alex Aguilar will have an in-person visit with the client to proceed with signing the legal documents and setting a start date.
3. City permit approval
It will be necessary to obtain the information required by the city to submit the permit. Once the permit is approved and the owner agrees to the start date, Aguilar Construction INC will maintain that date to begin the project.
